By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Teknique Flooring Solutions, Goshen, Indiana.

Free estimates

• Our estimates are free, and you're under no obligation to hire us.
• Submitting the estimate form is a request to be contacted. It isn't a contract, and it doesn't reserve a date.
• Any figures we discuss before a written contract are estimates only. Final pricing depends on an inspection of the floor, the area measured, the condition of the subfloor or concrete, and the materials you choose.
• Work begins only after you and we sign a written contract that describes the work, price, payment schedule and estimated dates. Where the law gives you the right to cancel a contract within a set number of days, we'll give you that notice in writing when you sign.

Photos and descriptions

Project photos on this site show work we completed. They are not stock images and haven't been altered except for cropping and sizing. Every floor is different, and results depend on the condition and type of the existing surface, so your results may vary. Descriptions of materials and methods are general and may change from job to job.

Reviews

Links to customer reviews on this site point to independent review platforms such as Yelp. We don't write, buy or edit reviews, and we don't offer anything in exchange for positive reviews.
