Hardwood and epoxy are what we're known for. We also install, repair and refinish carpet, vinyl plank, laminate, tile and engineered wood, so one crew can take care of the whole house.
Hardwood
Worn, scratched or grey floors get sanded to bare wood, stained to the sample you choose, and sealed. If the wood is sound and only the finish is tired, a clear coat brings back the shine for a fraction of the cost.
Epoxy
Garages, basements, laundry rooms and workshops. Epoxy bonds to the concrete and seals it, so the floor stands up to tires, spills and salt. Choose a flake blend, or go further with a custom design finish.
Hardwood, engineered wood, carpet, vinyl plank, laminate and tile, installed level and trimmed clean.
Choose from a range of flake color blends. Ask about samples when you book your estimate.
Water damage, pet stains, frayed carpet edges, a board that won't sit flat. Small jobs welcome.

Teknique is spelled that way on purpose.
A floor is only as good as the work you can't see: the sanding between coats, the prep under the epoxy, the edges along the wall. Most people never notice it. We built Teknique around noticing it.
We're a Michiana company working on both sides of the state line. The person who quotes your job knows how it will be done, and we keep you informed from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
